Visits to River Bush

Visitors are always welcome to the Salmon Station, and if a few days notice is given, guided tours can be arranged. Perhaps the best time to visit is around a) from Mid June - Mid November when returning adult salmon can be seen or b) Mid November - End January when adult brood fish are stripped of their eggs and are reared on in the hatchery. This is the best time of the year to see all the life cycle stages of the salmon. For more information contact:-
