Pike Fishery
During the 1970s pike became plentiful, and when perch were introduced. This is a reservoir between Lisnaskea and Rosslea in east Fermanagh. The south side is firm and gravelly with a long sloping shelf. The north side is softer and there is a very dangerous area in the north-west corner where a warning notice indicates sandy banks and deep water.
How to get there
From Belfast to the M1 and A4 to Fivemiletown where you take the second road on the left towards Cooneen and Carnmore. For Killyfole (Mill Lough) go past Corranny about 1.6 km to Dernawilt crossroads turning right onto the B36. The lake is on the left after about 1.6 km.
