Pike Fishery
Pike are the main quarry, with fish up to 9 kg caught in this lake. There is an abundance of perch and roach which tend to be small. Trout and bream are occasionally taken but are not the main interest of anglers. The Department is developing this Lough as a pike fishery and aggressive large pike are regularly removed from the Department’s game fisheries and stocked into this Lough. Caution should be exercised when boating as there are a number of shallow areas in the lough which are unmarked.
How to get there
The Lough is signposted from the main A47 Kesh to Belleek road.
