Licences
The following game fishing licences are currently available from DCAL and FCILC:
- Season game fishing rod licence £17.00
- 14 day game fishing rod licence £9.00
- 3 day game fishing rod licence £3.50
- Juvenile licence £2.00
- Concessionary licence for disabled and persons aged 60 and over £5.00
- Endorsement to DCAL/FCILC season game fishing rod licence £1.00
There are also joint 3-day and 14-day DCAL licence/ permits available.NOTE: Game fishing licences also cover coarse fishing.
Permits
The following game fishing permits are currently available, conferring the right to fish on DCAL waters:
- General season game fishing permit
- Local season game fishing permit
- Juvenile (under 19) season fishing permit
- 14 day general game fishing permit
- 3 day general game fishing permit
- Concessionary season fishing permit for disabled and persons aged 60 and over
Distributors for rod licences and Department permits have been appointed throughout Northern Ireland. Names and addresses of local distributors are available from Inland Fisheries Branch. Most types of permits and licences can be obtained from any of these distributors.
